Söök — Estonian for "food" — is our twelve-seat restaurant open to guests each evening. Head chef Kristiina Ott trained in Copenhagen and Tallinn before returning to the Estonian countryside she grew up in.

Every dish begins with a question: what is ready right now? The answer changes weekly. The menu changes daily. Breakfast is included with every room.

The Amber Bar

One fireplace.
No last call.

The Amber Bar opens at 4pm and closes when the last guest goes to bed. We stock Estonian craft spirits — Põhjala stout, Viru Valge vodka, the small-batch Ülemiste gins — alongside a considered natural wine list.

The fireplace is lit October through April. The terrace bar opens May through September, overlooking the lake at the hour the sky turns colour.
